"One Taste and You're Hooked"

Chicken on the Sea

Chicken on the Sea is aware of consumers aversion to canned fish. To solve this, we staged an event at the Santa Monica pier where people would get in line for what they believed was a FREE and upscale dining experience put on by Chicken of the Sea with the underlying message being "One Taste and You're Hooked". Red ropes, upscale hedges obscuring the inside, brand ambassadors in high-end waiter attire, promise of an influencer inside ("I bet a Kardashian is in there!" - person waiting in line) and a release you had to sign before entering - we had it all. But there was a twist. A tiny twist. 

With just two weeks from award we sourced an incredible amount of tuna, a prominent venue with our target market, all venue furniture and props, an influencer, brand ambassadors and a content capture crew. 

In the end, we were able to capture authentic reactions from inside the event - not needing to use the testimonials we shot concurrently - and provide nine pieces of content for the client. While we didn't use the testimonial footage we captured for this specific project, the client now has hours of testimonials in multiple languages for multiple markets.
